<p>I think you are being way too vague here. There are tons of schools which fit what your saying. You could start by using College Board or Princeton Review to help you. I would suggest U Michigan- Ann Arbor.</p>
<p>Why in the world are you looking for a 20-25% admit school? Hopefully not for a safety.</p>
