<p>I’m a Vietnamese student. I’m just wondering which colleges to apply for early decision. I read some articles: some say international students should not apply ED, some say it’s wise to apply ED, some say it’s up to which colleges to apply :o one of those gave a list of colleges for ED but they are almost top 20 and most of them are tops of state they are in ~~ </p>
<p>so anyone please tell me which college should i apply for my ED ? what are the advice and tips ? Thank you T T
