Honor: The first place in two extremely competitive Olympic-level math and physics competitions in China
(20 out of 50000)
I was rejected by Cornell University(my dream school) a few days ago and I am currently thinking about if I will go for Vandy ED2.
However, Vandy may not be my favorite, as I love Duke, Northwestern, Brown (my RDs) more.
My counselor, advisors and parents all want me to go for Vandy ED2 as they believe that I have a large chance to get in. I just feel hard to betray my heart, but I have to take the fierce competition within China into consideration.
What should I do?
An insurance choice?
Or an extremely risky one?
Help me out.
Thanks!
