Remember, there is no way to “lubricate” the vocal folds except inhaled steam or metabolized water or other liquids. You can lubricate the THROAT, but anything you ingest (swallow) does not touch the vocal folds!!! (not honey, not tea, etc. etc. etc. etc )</p>
