I went to myawards and I just realized today that there was a requirements bar. I didn’t realize there was paperwork due and the date says June 10 which is probably the do date? I tried calling but they are only opened from monday to friday. Will they take the verification forms late? What should I do?

@4kidsdad an indivudual tax return form is basically a 1040 right? and what does it mean by signed?
Federal tax return could be 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ. Signed returns mean that you signed on the bottom of page 2 of 1040 or 1040A, or page 1 of 1040EZ
