I intend to pursue a career in genetic engineering. However, I have yet to find an undergraduate program that’s directly linked to it. From what I have been told, there is no undergraduate program that focuses on genetic engineering, and that you need a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology to pursue a career in it. I would really like to know what program i should be taking as an undergraduate in college and what colleges are best suited for me given that my SAT score is 2300 and SAT subject score is 2350.
Sounds like a college with a strong biomedical program. University of Wisconsin madison, wash u in St. Louis, Johns Hopkins would probably fit. SAT subject test scores are normally listed on a scale of 800. If you had three adding up to 2350 that’d be good
Yes its the combined total of 3 subjects:Maths, Chemistry and bio, and thanks for the feedback.
