It’s the middle of the summer and i have just come across a problem…

Should I take the ACT for the third time to get above a 25? (last times i took it i got 24 and 25…now i want 27 or 28)

Or forget the third ACT and just finish my summer reading??

If i take the ACT i might not have time to finish my third book(Grapes of Wrath–sooo long) and if I do bad on my summer reading test i could get kicked out of AP and my average will be low…but i will have a higher ACT grade…

But if I dont take the ACT i can relax the whole summer and just read and ace the test and do well in AP english, which will raise my GPA…

SHOULD I GO FOR THE ACT OR NOT?!???( i’ll have to study until september 15th)

you have from today (July 19th) until school starts to read one book – and from now until september 15th to study for the ACT.

Unless you are working a full-time job AND watching siblings at home or something, I don’t see why you can’t do both.

Grapes of Wrath may be a little long – but it isn’t Crime and Punishment or anything – it is a little over 500 pages. If school starts in a month (which would be early) you have 30 days – and you need to read about 17 pages per day. That really shouldn’t take you more than an hour, maybe a little more.

ACT studying – you have almost 60 days. Spend one hour daily on the ACT studying – and really work on it. Get the real ACT prep book with the actual tests, work on the areas you are lacking in, etc.
