help with admission

i am basically an american citizen who has been living outside the US for the past 4 years. The schools here don’t have AP courses and do not encourage extra curricular activities. Despite that, I have been quite active in classical dance, classical music and I play the flute as well. On top of this, I’ve been quite sick, missing school and thus missing classes. I didn’t write the first two exams in 11th grade because of it, and my grades have been only ok. My GPA equivalent is about 3.75.
SAT I
Math-640
CR-730
Writing-710

Wrote SAT II Bio, Chem, Phy.

How do I stack up? Will I be entitled to the same scholarships/financial aid as those living in the US? Or are there any disadvantages?
