I’ve been dealing with CSS profile for a long time. After I figured out how my dad should sign up and fill it (my parents are separated) even bigger problems started.
It’s due in a few days!((((
My dad forgot his password AND username, and when he enters the e-mail adress, it says that there is no such user. So he made a new account and started filling the application but there came a message saying ‘‘you already have a started application, sign in to your account and continue filling it’’.
We tried creating a new e-mail adress for dad and changed his information on the main profile, so he got an e-mail, signed up with it, started filling the profile but that it says the same thing ‘‘You currently have an application for 2018-19 using another College Board account. Please sign into your previous application to complete it or add additional schools. For assistance, please contact customer service at 844-202-0524’’
I contacted them over e-mail and never got a respond. I can’t call them on phone as I am an international student, abroad.
What to do in this situation?
We’ve tried entering the e-mail adress on different browsers and computers, but the web-site just doesn’t recognize it.
My suspision is that dad created the account with his old e-mail adress which I first entered in the CSS profile.
Gosh, help me please
