Help with english and reading sections?

In 7th grade I got a 500- Reading, 710 - Math, and 500 in Writing. I absolutely cannot study reading and writing without falling asleep after an hour =(. After taking English I and II will my score go up at all? because I still feel my reading and writing is at the same level. I don’t think drinking coffee helps to stay awake because you obviously cannot focus with all the energy out of whack. And I try to make the passages “interesting” to make me stay awake, but I just don’t find it interesting. What do I do? I am going to take a practice test after AP tests are over but I am just wondering. Did your scores go up after 2 years of high school english?
Thanks

I like reading books that are interesting though, like of mice and men, and harry potter, How many books in 6 months do you think I should read to get a 750 in reading? Of course I will try to study and ace the vocab… I know there is no set amount of books to read but I think if I read 20 novels It will do me good yeah?

its good to be worrying about the SAT but have some fun as well, do one hour of practice a day reading and you will get better. Try this [PWN the SAT: Reading](http://blog.■■■■■■■■■■■■■/search/label/Reading)

Wow, thanks for the mention, gman! I’ll be posting a bunch of reading advice over the next few weeks, so I hope that link serves people well.
