In general, what’s important for admissions is how your choices are relevant to your plans and how they round you or challenge you- not how you exceed the number of spaces for AP classes/scores, on the CA.

For college credit, you have to check what the specific colleges allow, whether there is a max or whether the extra APs need to conform to requirements at that college. Eg, one of D1’s APs did not count, because it was neither relevant to her major nor one of the core requirements at the school.

At the state school i plan on going to there is no limit( it is part of there attempt to get the best kids in the state), and all of this classes will get me out of some pre-major.
