<p>I don’t understand why it’s B and not E?</p>
<p>I think both are technically correct, but I believe B is just “more” correct. It is more about her self expression rather than her changing.</p>
<p>E is alter the personality of of the roleplayer, but in the passage it says “she did not change her personality to fit the image…” so E is almost contradictory. </p>
<p>Thats how I see it, but there could be a better explanation.

<p>20Summer08 is right with why it is not E. She didn’t change or alter her personality. She did the opposite of what that answer choice is saying. </p>
<p>If you read before lines 15 you would see “wearing Tehuna costumes was part of Kahlo’s SELF CREATION as a legendary personality INTIMATELY CONNECTED TO HER NATIVE LAND”
They also said her role was authentic (genuine/real) so I would connect self creation and authentic to Self expression. I would regard intimately connected to her native land as sincere. So that’s why it is B and not E.</p>
