Help! wondering what kind of colleges would best suit b/c student?

<p>i have like an average of a 2.83 unweighed and 3.28 weighed. most recent sat score 1620 most recent ACT score: 25. i dont have much extracuricular activities. no job experience. im looking for a good college on the west coast preferably closer to california. thanks</p>
