<li><p>Is just the first page of a parents’ 1040 form alone sufficient for a fee waiver?</p></li>
<li><p>Who do I make the check out to?? Tufts University Office of Undergrad Admissions???</p></li>

<p>For the fee waiver, talk to you Guidance/College Counselor; they should have instructions for you. Some schools have systems in place that make getting a fee waiver an uncomplicated task, and it’s likely they are your simplest path. If they can’t help you, then the 1040 form will be sufficient (provided one qualifies). </p>

<p>The check can be made payable to Tufts University.</p>
