Help

I’m applying to Notre Dame and Boston College early action. I was diagnosed with Post traumatic stress in August due to extenuating circumstances that are in a counselor’s letter. Therefore, I was unable to retake any standardized tests. I only got to take the ACT once in June I got a 28. Do you think these two schools will penalize me for this? I know they value test scores. My GPA, extra curricula’s, and recommendations are strong. My test score is really a weakness to my application though but I really can’t retake them due to my inability to concentrate for long periods of time.
