<p>I sent in my payment for my application about four weeks ago. I checked online, and it has not been processed. I have called the admissions office before and they tell me, “No, it has not been received.” I"m worried that it might have gotten lost or it’s the last thing on the pile. Any thoughts?</p>

<p>The online thing only tells you if you have been admitted or not. At least that’s what they told me over the phone. Did you print out the receipt like the computer told you to?</p>

<p>You state that you sent in your payment…I take that to mean a check. If this is the case, check with the bank to see if the check has cleared. If it has request a copy of the transaction from the bank. (UF can make mistakes) If not then assume it is lost. Cancel the check and send another. </p>

<p>If you paid by credit card, the monthly statement will have a transaction number.</p>

<p>When you have proof of payment, transaction numbers/cancelled checks call them back with the proof.</p>
