Helping Dad fix roof = EC?

<p>Lol, people seem to put down odds and ends as EC’s and do pretty well in admissions…</p>

<p>I’ve spent (and will be spending) a decent amount of time helping my dad fix the roof this summer. We’re low income, so we’re ripping and laying down a new covering ourselves. Should I write this down as an EC?</p>

<p>No, it’s not an EC. It’s being a good family member such as when you clean the garage or paint the living room.</p>

<p>If you’ve learned a lot about yourself or the world through the experience , it could be a good topic for an essay.</p>
