<p>I finally found my early immunization record and I have had the three shots for Hepatitis B, but the record is in Chinese because I was born in China. Do I just send fax this in? I think my high school should have a record as well but I have no idea how to get it because the office is closed during the summer…</p>
<p>Yes, fax it in and include a cover letter explaining why it is in Chinese.</p>
