Straight A’s… calculated GPA is as follows:

4.68 (where the practical max is about 4.5, theoretical max is 4.9ish) - Salutatorian (tie with 3)
(Valedictorian = 4.74)

MIT (EA)
Caltech
Stanford
Rice University
Carnegie Mellon
Vanderbilt
Cornell
RPI
Johns Hopkins
RIT
California-Berkeley
Harvey Mudd
Safety (Massive Legacy): Purdue University

Anything else?

I’m usually not one to judge others…

…but this profile of “an outgoing senior” bears striking resemblance to another post describing yourself (thread: “only a freshman, but…”).

Very interesting. Merely a coincidence, that you have an identical twin who’s three years older?

Why would we need to give chances?

If this person is a senior, they’ve already applied and been accepted to a few universities, and needs to mail their acceptance in by May 1st (about two weeks from now).

This person is a really good friend of mine and I really aspire to do many of the things he does… that’s the most likely reason of the similarities. Besides, i couldn’t have my AP scores yet, could I? lol…

ohh… thanks calcruzer, that was my error! I meant outgoing senior NEXT year. That whole senior section is basically hopeful (look at the ECs and Achievements)

The valedictorian/salutatorian is calculated with a continuous straight A record… so that could possibly change (and that’s assuming the others tied keep their records as well)

MIT (EA) = High match
Caltech = High Match
Stanford = Slight reach
Rice University = Match
Carnegie Mellon = Low match
Vanderbilt = Low match
Cornell = High-ish match
RPI = dont know
Johns Hopkins = Low match
RIT = dont know
California-Berkeley = Match
Harvey Mudd = Low match

Do you really think people are that stupid, computergeek173? And why are you not willing to admit that these are your own ECs, [hopeful/potential] test scores, etc? Worried that doing so would make it appear as if you don’t have a life?

hmm something smells fishy.
Why does this guy already have his final IB scores with 7
s/6
s?
You cant possibly finish your IB diploma in your junior year. That makes no sense.

excuse you!

you know what? some of you people just can’t put a match down without a little whining! (To G’day)

my goodness… IDK about his IB test scores - he gave me a notepad file and I put it down.

if you simply must perservere in attacking this post, then don’t post at all!

These are your own stats (as always “predicted”)

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=330365

I certainly can see some simililarities between but there are some differences.

I plan to STAY in spanish club

I plan to stay in top 10 … salutatorian is possible

I want all 7s… apparently this guy did not get all sevens (not that he’s not skilled)

AP scores…

Haven’t taken ANY courses at ERAU

Is that enough to convince you?

If not, oh well - what does it matter?

If you were chancing me with these stats, why would you care?

well, going to Mu Alpha Theta State Convention tomorrow! Adios a todos. Thanks for whatever you contributed here.

Because you’re a Freshmen and are “predicting” these stats. Realistically speaking, there’s no way that EVERYTHING will go your way.

Good Luck, nonetheless.

How do you explain the fact that he is a junior who has already passed his IB tests?

Personally, I am sick of your “I will be val/sal get all sevens” chance posts all over the board. Get a life.

loo…stupid Freshman think they’re tight.

I wrote that ONE TIME on the chances board and maybe another time. I hardly consider that all over the board. Plus, those were HOPEFUL situations… what someone can’t hope to get those anymore? I’ve already explained this numerous times; perhaps you should read the entire thread before you go around to other forums knocking on people.

I read the whole thread, and somehow, that didn’t serve to make me any less annoyed or you less obnoxious. But neither am I knocking on you; I’m simply stating my feelings. I thought you might like to know so in the future, when you go around posting your own hypothetical chances under strange circumstances, you at least have the good sense to do it under a false username.
