I think the GPA is a bit low for UCLA or UC Berkeley considering you’re also out of state but you have a decent chance at davis and UCSB. Chance me back?

Agree with above poster that GPA could be higher so not a solid Match even with outstanding test scores. It will probably cone down to your EC’s and essays and their impact is hard to determine. These schools are definitely worth and application.
