Duke Univ. wants to collect DNA samples from students with higher measured cognitive abilities. The screening tool they use is the 7th grade SAT score. They wish to identify genetic markers associated with high level of intellectual functioning as well as those associated with developmental delays.

Are you telling me they could not find a big enough sample from their student body? If the Duke student body is not smart enough, they should to find some Johns Hopkins undergrads. There is genius everywhere on that campus.

The genius genes of people who take the SATs in 7th grade will most likely be canceled out by the “get beaten up and have their lunch money stolen” genes that will be linked with them.
