I applied to Cornell class of 2023 RD. If I did not receive a notification of package, does it mean I’m rejected? I’m international.

last year someone at my school received a DHL notification of a package through email the week before ivy day week. And the dude got in.
If he was accepted to one of the contract (public) colleges within Cornell that may be the case.
