hi! does anyone know which of these classes has the easiest courseload? thanks!

hi! i’m new here and i am applying to a few colleges. i was wondering if anyone could please tell me which of these are the “easiest” for a biology, premedical, or math major. i’m not looking for an easy way out or anything, but i also don’t want to set myself up for a life of nothing but studying for the next 4 years. i’m a very good student, but i want college to be my time to live a little bit also since i will be going to med school after, and i know that will be hell! lol thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much! good luck on all of your admissions guys!

brown university
amherst college
nyu
worcester polytechnic institute
boston university
boston college
university of connecticut
tufts
mass college of pharmacy and health sciences

p.s. sorry about the lack of capital letters, but i am not that great at typing, so i choose not to use them… it saves time not to. :)

the “easiest”

well, brown doesn’t have any distribution requirements, and i’m pretty sure you’re allowed to take any class P/F, so it’s pretty easy to protect your GPA there, however the curve will be sharper than at a place like boston university.

i read a study once in which NYU was cited for having extremely high grade inflation (the boalt law school study, if someone wants to link to it)

but overall i would say BU and uconn are the schools on there that i am most familiar with having reputations for not being highly rigorous. at any public school you get a fair amount of slackers to help with the curve.

Brown has a reputation for being relatively easy.

It probably depends more on your major than on the school.
