Hidden dangers of office fridges

My LOL news of the day:

[Rotten office fridge cleanup sends 7 to hospital](http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090512/ap_on_fe_st/odd_rotten_office_food)

Our office fridge is slowly approaching the “mildly biohazardous” stage. I wonder who will eventually clean it  It is a good thing that I’m trained to handle hazardous chemicals and biologicals. LOL!

That must be a reason dorms require students to empty school owned room refrigerators before winter break. I helped son with his end of the school year packing one spring to get him going and wanted to fill his microwave oven cavity to save space- fortunately I have a strong stomach- there was a white liquid layer on the glass tray.
