Hiding the score from the University(illegal?)

Ok… I bombed the Bio test last Sat.

But for the Chem, I am pretty sure that I could get well around 700s.

I am applying ED to Cornell, and I have already sent all my SAT and SAT scores on Oct. 25th.

So far I took MathIIc(780)and Bio(660…low)

My question is that is it illegal not to send the SATII scores when I actually did not cancel the score?

I am applying CAS, and getting the even lower score on this test than june would be the nightmare…

What Do you guyz think??

You do not need to send additional newer scores if you have already sent your older scores. Unlike transcripts from all previous schools attended, there is no requirement to send all scores from any test ever taken.
