Ik I have slim to no chance at the top schools (I’m just applying to a bunch and hoping one lets me in) but what are my chances at the schools on my list with this application?

Your ACT score does cut off for most of these colleges.Whereas your GPA, Duke, for example, has an average GPA of 4.19 (prep scholar), and Northwestern 4.11. So these competitive colleges you are planning to apply to, your GPA is going to be extremely limiting unless you have solid reasoning for it. Good luck!
