I’m currently a junior, and my SAT is 2320 (740M, 780CR, 800W). My unweighted GPA is a 3.85, but I’m only in the top 20% of my class. My extracurricular activities include club and varsity soccer for first 2 years (I quit to focus more on my community service this year), volunteering with humane society since end of freshman year, volunteering Special Olympics and mentoring at middle school starting this year, and I established a free drum class for elementary school children that I teach this year. Would schools like NYU, Carnegie Mellon,Berkeley and Vassar be realistic expectations for me? What caliber schools should I expect to get in with these stats?
SAT is good: unweighted GPA is fine.
It’s not the best that you quit soccer, only because it shows a lack of commitment (even though that may not be the case).
Your volunteer work is very nice and will definitely give you a leg up, however, I don’t see many EC’s which might hurt you.

Berkeley might be a bit of a reach, especially if you are out of state. I think at least one of, if not both of, NYU and Carnegie Mellon will take you. Vassar should accept you.
Overall, look at colleges ranked 20-40 on the US News and World report list for matches and high matches; top 20 would be relatively high reach.
What are your budget constraints and preferences in terms of location, size, etc. Do you have any idea what you’re interested in majoring in?
also, how rigorous is your course schedule? some of those schools are specific that they look closely at course rigor.
