BTW: Asian Male in California (how stereotypical)

You are fine academically. I suggest pursuing your passion(s) hard and fast. If you can get some impressive stuff you are in. Also, ivies love fencing

Everything is reach-ish except UCB and JHU where you are probably good (match/low-match). Ivies+MIT+Stanford+Cal Tech reject plenty of 2400 students every year. Your ECs are on the weak side, but not fatally so. The hospital/museum work is interesting, and, yes, schools in general like fencing.

Unfortunately, you will be fighting the stereotype of the Asian male from California with a perfect SAT which could hurt you significantly. However, all in all, I would be quite surprised if you didn’t get in to at least one or two of your reach schools. If you can knock 'em dead with the essays, you have good shots at all of them. Best of luck!
