I am a new member and I apologize for intruding into your discussion but I really need a bit of information on medical school. As a high school student, I plan on taking a lot of APs (because the other classes are boring) but I heard that I will still have to take them again in college. Therefore, I want to ask if I get 5s on my science APs(bio, chem, physic B or physics C), can I still repeat the class in college to strenghen my GPA?

I am a new member so I apologize if there is any weirdness on my post in advance.

Depends on your college. Some will let you; some won’t.

At least for my school, you pick and choose which AP credit you will accept.

Also, If I get credit for AP Physics C, which is for engineering and physics, can I take an equivalent of AP Physics B in college (for premeds)

Probably, but… dude, it depends on your college.

wait, if you fulfill a pre-med requirement with an AP, will med. schools accept it?
