High school class choices?

I’m a sophomore in high school (out of state) and I’ve been picking classes for the next year recently. Berkeley is my top choice and I want to be sure I’m taking the best classes that I can.

Info:
UW GPA: 3.97
W GPA: 4.19
PSAT score: 201
Practice ACT composite: 31

I’m extremely interested in social studies and would love to major in either psychiatry or international affairs. However, my main focus in high school so far has been debate. I’ve been offered a chance to TA the novice debate class which at my school is a fairly coveted position among debaters, and will also benefit my chance at becoming head captain of my school’s debate team my senior year. However, I don’t know if TAing will be the best choice for me in terms of what Berkeley would want to see. These are the classes I’m planning on taking next year

Precalculus honors
Spanish 5 honors
AP language
AP comparative gov (constitutional law team)
AP biology
Advanced debate

I can’t decide between TAing debate or taking AP european history. Any advice one way or the other would be extremely appreciated! Thank you!

Hey  It’s great you’re thinking about college at such an earlier stage and want to come to UC Berkeley  To be honest, I would do the TA since it’s a great addition to the application as you have leadership  But, AP European history is also great  However, you’re already taking AP Comparative Gov, which itself is kind’ve history and will likely touch the topics of international affairs. Just, make sure that you keep on improving and put your heart into your classes no matter what  Besides, you’re really challenging yourself which will look great on your apps since you’re taking the classes that your truly like  Good luck!
