<p>I’ve been on CC rarely lately since my oldest kid is a senior at Carleton this year, but after a parent meeting at the high school my daughter will be attending next year I don’t think it’s too early for this thread. ;)</p>
<p>This is the same high school my son attended, but it’s switching to an IB curriculum next year (although it will still have AP classes). Anyone have thoughts/advice on IB? Also, what does it mean to actually get an IB certificate? Is it necessary? Advisable?</p>
<p>The Carl kid is heading off to grad school next year, but he’s taken care of that on his own, whew.</p>
