<p>Do they have an equivalent to the PSAT where you are?</p>
<p>My mom is Indian born but with middle eastern ancestry. Her dad is Turkish with a little bit of other middle eastern ethnicities . Her mom is a mix Saudi and Pakistani. My dad is an American. His dad is full Portuguese. His mom is half English and half Sicilia italiann. But he grew up in an Italian neighborhood with his full Sicilian grandma so he sorta has that culture embedded in him.</p>
<p>I usually just tell people I’m half white/ half middle eastern. If they ask for more detail I say that I’m mostly Turkish and Portuguese. What irritates me is when people are like “Portuguese isn’t white, that’s Hispanic.” Honestly I consider any European country white, except maybe turkey.</p>
<p>@Sentient: Yeah, we took the PSAT and the PLAN (pre-ACT). We don’t get back our PLAN results until the 15th, but I’m almost positive that the counselors have them already. -_-</p>
