High School Class of 2015

New Jersey people - lemme know if you hear any NMSF news. My school hasn’t given anything out yet :(

@AnImpAffliction‌ everything :)

Guys I feel so accomplished with my 100 on the Safety test. I can now say I have a 100 in Physics II. ^:)^ to me and start =D>

Yeah @LAMuniv my PSAT was a waste, took it Sophomore year and then figured what I got was good enough (it wasn’t lol). Did a lot better on the SAT as well, 160 points higher :)

@LAMuniv‌ my junior year PSAT was 420 points lower than my SAT.

3 days of school and I’m already sleep-deprived (:expressionless:
Between hockey and 4 APs I’m dead (school only offers 6 total APs)…how do you guys/gals that take like 30000 AP classes do it???

^ I was only able to do 4 my senior year as well, but I had a job, volunteer position, numerous positions in clubs, etc. My answer? I don’t sleep. :D

How do you survive with almost no sleep? Teach me your ways!! I need 7-8 hrs at least or else I’m a zombie

Yeahhhhhh I’m taking 6 APs, and along with volunteering, college apps, SAT/ACT studying, tennis in the spring, and whatever else comes my way, I don’t think I’ll be getting a lot of sleep. :P

Ditto with AIA. Except I’m busy with the newspaper

I’m only taking one AP. Anyone know what AP Euro is like as you get into it?

@Jellybae Yessss. I’ve spent so much time working on our paper lately, and it’s only going to get worse.

Two APs and six DE classes for me!

my social life has gone down the drain already

Have you ever written a college essay that you were so proud of and loved so much and then you give it to your parents to read and suddenly you think it’s the biggest piece of crap that’s ever come out of your brain oops

6 AP’s over here. My social life was gone last year and this year seems to be the same.

8 AP’s over here. Maybe it’s because it is only the third week of school, but I don’t feel any worse than I did last year. Only meaningless things are disrupting my flow and making me feel like my brain is melting. Over the week I feel perfectly fine. Content even. But when the weekends roll around and I have to do pointless things that take away my time to do homework or my research, I get really PO’ed and begin to feel like I’m having a panic attack.

@CE527M‌ im really excited/worried for this issue. It’s the first time we’re doing things our way and I just hope people read it this year

@Jellybae I feel you. Last year we got a reputation for printing some “controversial” stuff, so now some people don’t like us. :frowning:

Half the staff doesn’t do their work and now I’ve had to work double what I should be doing so we can crank this out on time.

5 AP’s! Never had a social life, except this year I’m actually going to try to attend as many of the senior events as possible.

@emenya 8 APs??? That’s like…twice the amount of APs I’m taking. I didn’t even know that was possible /:slight_smile:
I think the 2 teams i play on for hockey are equivalent to 4 extra APs time-consuming wise

No it’s equivalent to 6 extra AP’s. :wink: Trust me I know (Football and Soccer). For you and others who play hockey and have school, I really don’t know how you do it. You guys need an award! And 8 AP’s because Government and Economics are a half semester class @BPearlman97‌ It’s just weird though. I don’t get tired or stressed at all during the week. In fact I actually live for the school day. I’m the guy that’s like “Thank God it’s Monday” and I’m also the kid who’s in your face, super peppy at 7:30 on Monday asking you how your weekend was :smiley: :D
