@Greninja That’s one way to look at it, haha…
Really? I procrastinate a lot more now. Since I have more work I don’t want to do it even more.
@dsi411 I’m the exact same way! I was on top of getting everything done as soon as possible last year…but now, I’m the queen of procrastination!
I seem to be getting better at not procrastinating as the year progresses, but I’m if it is a daunting task like writing an essay, I wait until the night before
Does anyone know what a decent SAT (or ACT) score is for in state students wanting to go to UNC Chapel Hill? I’ve looked it up and I can only find overall SAT and ACT averages, not narrowed down by in state or out of state. I got an 1840 on the SAT for the first time with minimal prep, and I’m going to take it again. Just was wondering if anyone had more insight on this.
Out of curiosity, what are your dream careers?
My dream career would be a GM/CEO of a pro sports team lol. But realistically, wall street is my goal
My dream career would probably be an event planner, but realistically I want to do something that relates to an international relations major.
Would you guys recommend doing Physics C without much physics experience as a senior? I’m taking calc bc this year and I’ve heard that physics 1 (at least in my school) is pretty hard by comparison, so I have no idea which course would be better to take?
@MissSuzyQ You probably want around a 2200 if you OOS.
My dream career would be chief of staff to the President of the United States. I could be deeply involved in the nitty-gritty details of politics (which I love) without having to deal with selling myself to the public through campaigning.
But realistically, I’ll aim for any policy career in national politics.
@Frigidcold I’m in state.
Have you guys started picking classes for senior year yet? Our school has and this is what I’ve chosen, though it is subject to change

AP Physics
AP Economics
AP Calculus AB
AP Literature
I’m on the fence about taking these ones, though:
AP Japanese
AP Environmental Science
I don’t know why but I’m so excited to take AP Government, freshman year it was the AP class I least looked forward to taking, but now I just can’t wait to take it for some reason.

AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
AP Language
AP Psychology

(I will only be able to take one of the three, don’t really have a preference interest wise, any recommendations?

I’m on the fence about:
AP Stats or AP Art History (I’d rather take the latter but I’m not sure it’ll be offered next year)
Integration Honors (it’s taught by my old AP world teacher (he’s the best teacher in the school imo) but pretty time consuming)
Don’t pick till Feb., but tentatively:
AP Lit

AP Physics E and M
Calc 4
