High School Class of 2019

My mom bought textbooks for World History and Government because she wanted me to have my own copy that I could mark in.

Idk about Environmental though

Same @literallyliteral

5 days!

I’m so excited!!!

I just found out what the Stromae song “Moules Frites” is about.

*ugh.[/i ]

I forgot to answer the sports thing, I dance, which I count as a sport, all the freakin time. Literally doesn’t leave me time for anything else, I only have Thrusday and Friday free out of the whole week including weekends so I’m gonna have to find something to do for both those days.

Dance is so hardcore.

True, it’s so time consuming and really expensive, it costs at least $5,000 a year and that’s only if you have one kid dancing.

:expressionless:

I might go to the gym for the fourth consecutive day after being away for four consecutive weeks. My hands are killing me. I think I’m getting pretty close to having defined shoulders and an 8-pack, though.

Ooh, my hands hurt. And I skinned my knee in the same place multiple times on multiple problems.

Maybe my calluses will build up quickly.

On a completely unrelated topic, my parents finally agreed to take me to a Johns Hopkins University information session in August (won’t say exact date for privacy reasons). I’m so excited!!!

Cool!

I can’t wait for RLD omg

What’s RLD?

For the past 3 days all I’ve been watching are horror films. I’ve never watch any horror movies before until I saw Krampus this year. Now I’m hooked, I’m literally obsessed with slasher films rn and I’m trying to watch all the classics! So far Scream is my favorite, but I still ned to watch Friday the 13th, Halloween, and Psycho!

The only “scary” movie I have ever fully gotten through is “The Visit.” It was sooo creepy, but still so good. It isn’t that I dislike horror movies, but that they always give me nightmares (even if I’m not even that scared by them). I mean, I love scaring myself, but afterward, I barely get any sleep. For now, I guess I’ll stick to Bollywood romance/action/drama/comedy movies :))

@adiacs me tooo
I super recommend Scream 2- both those movies are great!
If you wanna try cheesy space horror, I recommend Event Horizon or The Last Days on Mars.
There are a lot more terrible horror films than good ones, though, and that’s the beauty of it

on another note, rotating conics is driving me slowly insane p.p

Halloween is the best!

My schedule pickup is August 8th, super excited!

@Mathophile26 Red Letter Day. It’s my school’s schedule pickup + lockers + textbooks + forms day. It’s this Wednesday.

I just want to get my schedule already. I don’t know if they send it by mail, or we have to go to the school

@OMPursuit that was actually the second horror film I’ve seen! I hate how Netflix only has Scream 2.
