I haven’t been on this discussion since the last school year. How are you guys doing? What classes are you guys taking? What other stuff have you done or have been doing this year?
I’m on winter break although I’m doing biology experiments still. I got an A+ in calc-based stats 
And yeah, some people still have school. Both of my best friends are still working on finals.
My break is only from December 23rd until January 3rd.
Our last day is December 23. We have to be back on January 3.
My last day is on Wednesday the 21, and I go back January 9th.
I got a 93 on both my chem and strings finals, which I’m happy about for strings but not chem.

@awesomepolyglot you get a much longer break so that must be nice. Our first day off is literally Christmas Eve which is so annoying

I’m hanging in there. I’m finishing up Calc I, starting Calc 2, and have joined Show Choir. :0
I took the SAT in October and did okay! That’s a big load off my shoulders.
All in all, most of my energy has been split between math and dank memes. @darkskies

the only classes that I’m currently taking that may be deemed as impressionable would have to be AP World and French 4/5 (we don’t have a higher level at my school)
As for break, I get out on Thursday, the 22nd, and get back on January 9th (with AP).
One day fewer. 
I get out Friday, the 16th, and restart January 17th (16th technically but it’s MLK).
All my final grades are in - A+'s and A’s
haha @Shanban1607 I’m a little upset bc I made some stupid mistakes (like not counting to four correctly) but my chem teacher curved lol
And I got the second-highest score on the Bio exam! After guessing on a solid 10 questions, too B-)

Anyone have any experience with taking precalculus over the summer? I would really like to so I can reach calc BC by my senior year, but I have received very mixed reviews.

Except they put 20 people on the team and will eventually cut 5 people. I’m one of the youngest and the only person still in algebra. Maybe they’ll put me in events so when half of the team graduates they’ll have at least a little continuity, lol.
I also realized that I’m the only person in science bowl who can’t do calculus, RIP. The sole freshman is a math wiz and everybody else is an uperclassman in AB or higher.
What do you plan to major in @equationlover ? I wouldn’t take it unless I’m 100% sure I want to major in an area of math.
