I was a member of UNICEF High School in 9th grade. I became a president of UNICEF High School in 11th grade, and I plan to be president in 12th grade. As there wasn’t a club in 10th grade, would that mean I founded the club?
No. I suppose you could claim to have re-founded the club, but that isn’t nearly as impressive as the club itself having made a deep and meaningful impact under your leadership.
