<p>I’m looking towards UC Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon but currently I have a 3.3 GPA in high school with an SAT score of 1800. Currently, I am a sophmore taking all honors classes besides one AP. Will I be able to raise my GPA? I have a C in one class and B in another while the rest are just A’s for the first semester, bringing down my hopes right now. What should I move and look towards in high school? I’m participating in many technology related events within my school and want to major in computer science. Thanks.</p>
<p>Berkeley does not take in account freshman year. A 1800 on the SAT as a sophomore can only mean that you will increase it within two years… But if you raise your 10-12 GPA to 3.7+ UW…</p>
