What’s your intended major?
@glasshours, either English, Communications, or Journalism
It looks good to me, except you should finish the Spanish classes instead of replacing AP Spanish with Latin I. If you don’t want to take AP Spanish, that’s fine too. There are people who don’t take the AP class of a language. However, if you can do it, it would be good to show consistency and that you’ve become almost fluent in Spanish… kind of? In my opinion, I would finish the Spanish pathway before moving onto a next language. You can take Latin I in Senior year. Then again, it’s your choice and you can stick with your original plan if you really want to learn Latin and/or it will be something useful towards your major.
Also, APs and honors depend on the person, but I would try to see if there was an honors version of a class I could take in sophomore year. It’d be good to take 1-3 weighted sophomore year. Also, since you are advanced in some of your pathways, is there an honors version of those classes? Like an honors English? Or can you take an honors class in freshman year since you are ahead?
I’d have to advise against Latin. If you’re really interested in it, take Latin I your senior year but I’d agree with the previous poster in recommending finishing Spanish.
Other than that looks like a healthy workload with a good balance of APs. Good luck!
No one communicates in Latin. Why drop Spanish for Latin?
