High school screw up!!

I dont know if this is the right section to post this up but ill do it anyways. Im a junior in high school and I plan on going to community college and transfer to a Public college in New york. my question, I was a complete failure in my first two years of high school, now im a average junior passing all classes with C’s and B’s and I plan on passing senior year with flying colors. Then Im going to a community college and plan on acing that. If I somehow pass college with all A’s and pass all test can I get to a public University in New york (CUNY) or do they look at high school records?

You have improved. Colleges love that. Focus on rocking during community college and you can transfer to a pretty good school.

A graduate school is likely to only care about your college grades and GRE results. It would kind of be like having an undergraduate college look into your middle school record, not likely. Colleges and Universities want to make sure that you have the abilities to succeed so they tend to focus on your latest achievements. Just focus on your college grades.
