<p>I like to have lots of skin covered so I wear mid-calve socks.</p>
<p>ankle socks. anything higher than that just feels weird. i usually only wear socks at home, though…most of my shoes i don’t need socks</p>

<p>I do wear white and black striped kneesocks on Halloween every year though. I love those socks, and I love the one day of the year I can wear them without looking like a fruitcake! :)</p>

<p>I must be in the minority, I can’t stand ankle socks. Which is frustrating sometimes when I go to buy socks and the only thing they sell is the ankle or less socks. </p>
<p>My bones/joints get cold (and end up in pain) really easily, so I normally buy the mid-calf kind (or longer). Sometimes though, I roll them down, but my ankles are almost always covered. (Unless I’m wearing sandals or something.)</p>

<p>Midcalf socks for basketball and other sports. Also when I’m wearing jeans. I’ll wear socks that just go above the ankles when wearing shorts. Ankle socks look dumb on guys and are annoying when the constantly slide off your feet. Does anyone actually wear knee-high socks anymore?</p>
<p>And agreed that flip-flops are lame. For starters, I usually don’t want to look at someone else’s feet. Secondly, you step on the front end and can trip very easily. They are a pain to walk around in all day. Finally, nice shoes or fresh tennis shoes just look fly. I can’t understand wearing flip-flops unless you are at the pool/beach.</p>

<p>flipiflops are awesome! you must be wearing them wrong…and obsessed with feet. i never notice someone’s FEET, or their choice of footwear for that matter.</p>
