<p>This is a thread where, until March 10th, anyone who is feeling really really good about their chances at a boarding school should write a post about where they are feeling good about getting into and why.</p>
<p>Example:</p>
<p>I am feeling really good about getting into Andover right now. I have solid SSATs, good grades, pretty good essays, good teacher recs, community service, and I’M A FREAKING PIANO PRODIGY (I wish). AINT NOBODY GONNA TAKE MY DREAM FROM ME!!!</p>
<p>You know, even with all of that, that person might not get in.</p>

Amazing interview, good teacher rec., and really captivating,personal essays.
Also stellar grades, SSAT (99 percentile!), and some really strong EC’s</p>

<p>Do people realize how awkward this thread is? Makes you seem a little narcissistic without intending to.</p>
