One of my friend did something really silly. Two days ago we were talking about SATs and how a low score will hurt. He suddenly suggested that, although it’s now too late to retake the SAT, we are allowed to send in supplementary materials. So why not do a SAT practice test, score it, and submit it to Yale? “Please consider this new score over my previous score,” he said of the explanatnion letter that accompany it. I thought he was joking until his sister told me he couriered the practice test result (where he scored a 1600) to Yale.

ha ha , thats funny

That’s great! I hope the admissions people have a good sense of humor.

I would auto admit your friend :)

Amusing, certainly…However, who knows how the adcom would react to it?

he’s not wanting to go to Yale because he already got accepted elsewhere (cant rmbr where).
