<p>“Do you consider yourself Hispanic or Latino?”</p>
<p>From CSU application:</p>
<p>“With regard to your ethnicity, do you consider yourself Hispanic or Latino?”</p>
<p>Why are these questions seperate from other ethnicity related questions?</p>
