How hard is it to get into UCI as a history major with average stats…ie 1900 SAT 3.7 gpa (not UC gpa)…I am also in an IBish program (GIS) at my school… the county didn’t have enough money to start an IB program, so GIS basically consists of AP classes from freshman year as well as specialized classes such as International Relations… I am also OOS…</p>

<p>yes… I’m minoring in both Stats and Accounting. Just know that for career prospects if you aren’t majoring in something that’s in high demand you should be minoring in something which is AND really loading up on leadership/volunteer/internships.
You basically have to work 10 times as hard as the engineers when you aren’t in class.</p>
