<p>It’s a little soon for chances, since you don’t have your SATs or anything. Schools do take the high school you came from into consideration, so that shouldn’t hurt you too much if it’s explained.
It seems like you’re on the right track, but your stats aren’t in yet. If you accomplish what you’re planning on, you should be a fairly good candidate, but schools like Columbia are reaches for 2400 Valedictiorians… the acceptance rates are so low it’s always a gamble. Try to enjoy your junior year. Utilize the summer to get started on app essays, but for now, just focus on high school rather than college.</p>
