<p>So I’ve been accepted to HWS, UMass, Catholic and URI, and I’ve pretty much ruled out Catholic and URI, but between HWS and UMass where is the best place to go for me? I want to do International Studies and Political Science, and I want to debate competitively. Thoughts? If you need to know anything else just ask.</p>
<p>Is cost a consideration? Are you in-state for UMass?</p>
