. I am going to study mass communication out of these 3 university which one has the best program. Also which of these university has the most helped for student with learning disabilities.</p>
<p>I would pick Penn State out of those, doesnt seem close to me.</p>
<p>They are very different schools. I’d rank Penn State the highest overall, but you really have to see if each school has the support you need. If you don’t think that large lecture classes would work well for you then Penn State may not be a good choice. I would visit each school and I would also make an appointment to go to the Office of Disability Services at each school to see what support they do offer.</p>

<p>Incidentally, if I’d been asked to predict those scores based upon what I’ve heard about the three schools, those numbers are right in line with what I’d have guessed.</p>
