Holding onto a minor until after apps?

<p>So I currently have two minors, one of which I am planning on dropping a.) because the classes are totally dry and boring and b.) because completing both minors and my major would require me to take two summer classes-something i really don’t want to do. </p>

<p>But, should I hang onto the minor until after my transcript is sent in? I have taken a few classes in the minor so I would like it to show that I had some experience in the field rather than just seeing three classes whose course names don’t immediately sound related.</p>

<p>My guess is that it won’t matter much either way, but that there’s nothing to be gained by dropping it now, and nothing to be lost by dropping it later.</p>

<p>Watch out - some schools are VERY strict about honour policies. They might demand immediate disclosure of something like a dropped minor, and then want an explanation. </p>
