<p>So I’m a junior and I’m still in the process of figuring out which colleges to visit and stuff, so I was wondering if you guys could tell me if any of my options are completely out of reach or are a waste of time visiting so this are the top schools on my list:</p>

<p>Tulane (favorite so far)
Vanderbilt
UVA
University of Richmond
UNC
Georgetown</p>

<p>so I have a 3.7 UW and a 4.4 W</p>

<p>my SAT: 580CR 580M
i just took the SAT in march so and im hoping for higher scores but i dont find out for another week</p>

<p>decent ECs
played soccer for like ~9years but had to stop because of injury
acitive leader in a backpack program that sends food home with elementary aged kids
in a laundry list of clubs
yearbook for all 4 years editor for 2</p>

<p>in top ten percent of my class of over 400
took AP Human Geo freshman year
and I have taken two APs this year
I plan to take either 3 or 4 APs my senior year</p>

<p>and yeah I know most of these are long shots but I was wondering if any of them are worth visiting if I have a reasonable chance of getting in</p>

<p>Your SATs are not in range and you have enormous reaches right now for Georgetown and Vanderbilt for certain (and the others likely as well). I would suggest waiting a week or so and posting again when you get your latest SAT results so that a more reallistic assessment can be made.</p>
